Â鶹ÊÓƵ Rising Scholars students from various Columbiana County high schools participated in a Harry Potter themed STEM spring workshop at East Liverpool High School in March.
The newly created Ukrainian Scholar Support Fund helps Ukrainian scientists, scholars and students access higher education opportunities in the U.S. This includes an international visitor stipend, travel costs and the necessary support upon arrival to the U.S.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ is a new charter member of SEA Change, an initiative of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, in which universities commit to their systemic transformation into more diverse, equitable and inclusive spaces where a full range of talent can succeed in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Giving Tuesday Campaign concluded on Nov. 30 with a record setting $7,712,753+ raised from more than 3,000 donors who generously donated to make the world Forever Brighter for our students.

Delonte Goodman, ’22, interned at NASA in high school and is the first member of his family to attend college. He is pursuing a degree in mechatronics engineering while participating in research and serving as a Design Innovation Fellow.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s current graduation rate is the highest among public universities in Northeast Ohio and fifth highest among all of Ohio’s public universities, behind Ohio State, Miami, the University of Cincinnati and Ohio University. In northern Ohio, the graduation rates of other public universities range from 40 to 55 percent.
