Â鶹ÊÓƵ President Todd Diacon, Ph.D., Deborah Spake, Ph.D., Dean of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship and Ambassador Edward F. Crawford, the donor for whom the college and new building is named, signed a ceremonial beam that will be the last one lifted into place to complete the framework of Crawford Hall.
Other supporters of and donors to the business college, members of the college's National Advisory Board, and university administrators, including Senior Vice President and Provost Melody Tankersley, Ph. D., and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration Mark Polatajko, Ph. D., also signed the beam.
This spring, the framework of the building rose above the construction fences, revealing details about the size and shape of the building’s completed form.
The construction of the new home of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship, located on Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Front Campus on E. Main Street/Route 59 is expected to be completed in 12-15 months.
