September Lunch and Learn: Know Your Numbers

The first step to taking control of your own health is to “Know Your Numbers.”

The first step to taking control of your own health is to “Know Your Numbers.” The Sept. 25 Lunch and Learn will take an educational look at what numbers – such as your blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and others – can tell you about what's happening inside your own body and what each number means.

The program, which includes a complimentary lunch, will begin at noon in the first floor Food Lab of Nixson Hall. The presenter will be Rachael Decker, the university wellness coordinator.

The programs are sponsored by the Division of Human Resources and are held in conjunction with Impact, the university’s employee assistance program. The hour-long programs are free and open to faculty and staff.  However, seating is limited and reservations are required. Register here.

For more information, contact Decker at rdecker4@kent.edu.
