Â鶹ÊÓƵ

Our Two Campus Locations

Welcome back! Today I want to talk a little bit about our two campus locations: Â鶹ÊÓƵ Geauga and the Twinsburg Academic Center. We often refer to our two sites at KSUGTAC.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ Geauga is located in Burton, Ohio, and was founded in 1964. This campus has a home-like feeling, and students often feel right at home as soon as they walk in. It’s also located next to the Geauga County Fairgrounds, home to the annual Great Geauga County Fair, which is always a fun event for the campus community to participate in.

The Twinsburg Academic Center is located in—you guessed it—Twinsburg, Ohio. It had been established in the 1980s to serve employers in the area and was built at the current location in 2012. It has a very modern and environmentally conscious feel, and like the Geauga Campus, students feel at home with faculty, staff, and other students.

Along with two great locations, the campus has a variety of majors to choose from, as shown below:

Associate and Bachelor Degree Programs
Associate Degrees Bachelor’s Degrees
Applied Business
  • Business Management Technology
  • Information Technology
Business Administration - Business Management
Applied Science English
Associate of Arts Information Technology
Associate of Science Integrative Studies
Individualized Program (A.T.S) Middle Childhood Education (MCED)
  Nursing (BSN)
  Psychology
  Technical and Applied Studies

While these majors are great, they may not be for everyone, and that’s okay! I am a communication studies major, a major you don’t see on the list above, but I still went to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Twinsburg Academic Center to start my program. That is a huge highlight about KSUGTAC as a whole; even if your program of interest is not offered in full, you can still get started at either of these regional campuses for 40% less than you would pay at other four-year public schools in Ohio. That’s one thing I really love about our campus, in addition to the small classes and free parking. Whether you are only beginning your college search or just looking for a change, I highly recommend considering KSUGTAC as an option!
