In the Division of Enrollment Management, we strive to do our very best to support all learners as they navigate the campus community to achieve their personal educational goals. It is our responsibility to know our students, to constantly search for ways to improve service and be responsive to the changing needs of students across the Â鶹ÊÓƵ system.
Sean Broghammer, Ph.D.
Vice President for Enrollment Management

Sean serves as the University’s chief enrollment strategist, advising the president and provost on enrollment impacts. He oversees administrative and student support services, collaborates with the provost on academic enrollment matters and serves on the President’s Cabinet. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado and a M.Ed. and B.A. from Washington State University.
Brenda Burke, M.Ed.
Associate Vice President, University Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid

Brenda leads the University Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, overseeing student scholarships, grants, work-study and loans. She earned a B.B.A. from Radford University and a M.Ed. from Old Dominion University. With a 34-year career in financial aid, she previously served the University of Utah, Virginia Commonwealth and Virginia Tech.
Andrew Crawford, Ed.D.
Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, Student Services and Engagement

Andy supports the eight-campus system with enrollment and student initiatives. He collaborates with stakeholders to design, execute and evaluate strategic priorities, ensuring a collaborative approach to supporting student success. He holds a Ed.D. from Ferris State University, a M.Ed. from Ohio University and a B.S. from the University of Central Florida.
Chris Dorsten, M.Ed.
Associate Vice President, University Registrar, Enrollment Management

Chris leads the Office of the University Registrar, overseeing academic scheduling, records, graduation and credit transfers. He holds two A.A. degrees from Sinclair Community College, a B.A. from Park University and a M.A. from Cleveland State University. Chris served as President of the Ohio Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers and is the Co-Chair of the LGBTQIA+ Caucus for the American Association of College Registrars and Admission Officers.
Collin Palmer, M.P.A
Associate Vice President, Office of Admissions

Collin oversees the Office of Admissions and is a key member of the Enrollment Management leadership team, working with deans, faculty and staff to meet enrollment goals. As the past president of the Ohio Association for College Admission Counseling, he has worked to promote and improve access to higher education. He earned a B.A. from The Ohio State University, a M.P.A. from Â鶹ÊÓƵ and is currently enrolled in our Ed.D. program in Interprofessional Leadership.
Sue Veppert
Assistant to an Executive Officer

Sue provides executive level support to the vice president, manages and maintains the schedule, coordinates meetings, arranges travel accommodations and assists the Enrollment Management leadership team. She previously served as an administrative secretary and business manager in the Office of Admissions. As a first-generation student, Sue obtained her Associate of Business Administration degree and worked many years as a legal secretary and paralegal.
