Thank you for your interest in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Alumni Volunteer Program (AVP). This venture was established to promote alumni involvement in the admissions and recruitment process and to help build relationships between alumni and prospective Â鶹ÊÓƵ students from across the country. Â鶹ÊÓƵ depends on our alumni to help identify and recruit talented high school students for possible admission. The more our alumni share their experiences and the Â鶹ÊÓƵ story, the further the reach of the Admissions Office.
The Kent Student Ambassadors (KSA) were established by the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Alumni Association in 1983 as a service organization. Today, this premier student group is supported by the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement and is comprised of Â鶹ÊÓƵ's finest students.
Members actively participate in the community and on campus, inspiring pride in Â鶹ÊÓƵ. They also educate fellow Flashes on the importance of philanthropy and the role it plays in university operations and student support.
The Kent Student Center is located in the heart of campus. We provide a space for students, faculty, staff and university guests to socialize, study, hold meetings and host events.
We foster a sense of belonging and connection to campus through engagement and developmental opportunities that complement the academic experience of our students. Getting involved on campus is one of the quickest ways to become part of the university community and create your own Â鶹ÊÓƵ experience. The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) offers opportunities for leadership and participation in student-initiated projects and student organizations.
The Center for Adult and Veteran Services enhances the experiences of adult, military-connected, and parenting students both in and out of the classroom. Our inclusive focus ensures an engaging student experience through programs, services, and compliance with military-connected federal agencies.
