Cancellations/Accommodations

• In case of inclement weather conditions, please check Â鶹ÊÓƵ at Trumbull’s website for up-to-date information on theatre performance cancellations.
• Patrons requiring physical accommodations or accessible seating should contact the Box Office prior to ticket purchase.

Updated Ticket Policy

• All purchased tickets are nonrefundable.  All sales are final and there are no refunds.
• We will no longer take reservations but only sell tickets ahead of time.
• Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at the box office either in person (w/ cash, check, or credit card) or by telephone (w/ credit card).
• Tickets can be exchanged, but this must be done at least 24 hours before the day of the show and at a cost $5.00 per ticket to be exchanged.
• Tickets can be exchanged within the same production only. We cannot exchange for a different show.
• Should tickets be lost for any reason, there will be a $2.00 reprint fee for each ticket.
