In the spirit of continuing the work of Academic Services at Trumbull, please read the following for information about the Learning Center, Online Writing Lab (OWL), eTutoring, and Student Accessibility Services (SAS) during this time of remote instruction.
TUTORING
The Learning Center is now offering live, remote tutoring via Google Meet. All tutoring is available as listed below until students return to campus.
- Math (all subjects), Dr. Muckridge, Mondays/Wednesdays from 12-3 pm and on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 9 am-12 pm. Email:nmuckrid@kent.edu.
- Study and test-taking strategies, with emphasis on online courses, Corey Pate. Email:cmbowen@kent.edu.
ONLINE WRITING LAB (OWL)
The Trumbull Online Writing Lab (OWL) remains available. If you would like to receive feedback regarding how your assignment is written, you can submit papers for any class or subject by going to the Online Writing Lab page.
ETUTORING

eTutoring is available for the following subjects:
- Algebra
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Biology
- Calculus
- Chemistry
- Computer Science, Java, C++, Computer Programming 1 & 2
- Digital Literacy
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word Physics
- Statistics

Academic Services
Temporarily located on the first floor of the Library/Theatre Building, the Learning Center is available to help students succeed in the classroom through a variety of services including, but not limited to:
- Peer tutoring (individual and group)
- Online tutoring
- Computer and Internet access
- Library resources
For specific questions about the subjects, subjects tutored or hours of operation contact us at 330-675-8868.
No appointment is necessary for tutoring.
Our services are completely free to Â鶹ÊÓƵ Students.
