Canvas course enrollments are updated automatically, but occasionally you or your students might find a discrepancy between the courses you see in Canvas vs. FlashLine. Here’s how to request a Canvas enrollment sync:

Submit this ticket if you have any Canvas courses where the student roster does not match your official FlashLine roster.

Refer students to submit this ticket if they have other Canvas courses that they are missing, or if they are enrolled in a Canvas course, they shouldn’t be.
