2022-2023 Staff Salary Increases - Regional Campuses

Dear Â鶹ÊÓƵ Staff,

I trust the summer has brought you opportunities for rejuvenating your spirit, spending time with your family and friends, and pursuing travel or other favorite pastimes. Now, as we approach the start of the fall semester, I look forward to seeing everyone back on our campuses to do what we do best: provide in-person, world-class educational opportunities for our students.

I am grateful to work alongside all of you. The award-winning support you provide creates a genuine sense of home for our students. You are why Â鶹ÊÓƵ produces successful graduates who make a difference in our world.

To that end, I am happy to announce that all eligible, non-represented staff will receive a 3% pay raise beginning with the payroll period that includes Oct. 1. This is, I know, one of the best ways to show appreciation for all that you do.

We will be celebrating you in the upcoming weeks through our Blue, Gold and Grateful events happening on all Â鶹ÊÓƵ campuses. On our Regional Campuses and locations, I am pleased to announce the following staff appreciation events:

  • Ashtabula — Luncheon, Monday, Aug. 8, at noon in the Commons
  • East Liverpool — Brunch, Thursday, Aug. 11, 10 a.m. to noon in Purinton Hall
  • Geauga — Luncheon, Monday, Aug. 8, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Clark Commons
  • Salem — Luncheon, Thursday, Aug. 11, 1 to 3 p.m. in the Student Lounge
  • Stark — Picnic, Monday, Aug. 8, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Campus Courtyard
  • Trumbull — Luncheon, Monday, Aug. 8, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Union
  • Tuscarawas — Cookout, Monday, Aug. 8, noon to 1 p.m. in Founders Hall Courtyard
  • Twinsburg Academic Center — Luncheon, Wednesday, Aug. 10, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Lounge

Again, thank you for all you do to make our students successful, and I look forward to seeing you on our campuses this fall.

Sincerely,

Todd Diacon
President
