The Southern Columbiana County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s most recent Sunrise Breakfast Forum was held on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ East Liverpool Campus and was organized by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. State and local representatives from government, law enforcement, healthcare, business and educational organizations participated in a discussion about drug addiction and how it affects all aspects of society.
Participating in the forum were Don Boyd, director of Labor and Legal Affairs for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce; Tracy Plouck, director of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and a member of Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s cabinet; John Lane, chief of East Liverpool’s Police Department; Cara Dingus Brook, president and CEO of the Foundation for Appalachia Ohio; and John Gamble, assistant criminal prosecutor for Columbiana County; and Katie Koglman, director of external affairs for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce.
The panel was introduced by Stewart Fletcher, vice president of operations at Heritage Thermal Services, which sponsored the event.
Representing Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s East Liverpool Campus were Dr. David Dees, interim dean; Dr. Susan Rossi, assistant dean; and Leonard Koshinski, director of institutional advancement.
