Work in Progress:
- Fire alarm raceways are approximately 75% complete.
- Electric Panel 1J is complete.
- HVAC duct installation continues on floor 2 and 3.
- Temporary heaters have been removed from the building.
- HVAC curb delivered and set on 4/27.
- Door frame installation and drywall finishing happening throughout the building.
Looking forward:
- AHU Air House delivery scheduled for delivery on week of 5/16.
- New masonry opening to be cut-in on first floor.
- Fire alarm wire will be pulled to device locations.
- Remaining demolition and floor tile abatement will take place the week of 5/2.
- Complete plumbing in restrooms.
- Drywall taping and finishing throughout.
