Work in Progress:
- Currently installing 1J electric panel, wire and raceways. Confirmed an electric shutdown will not be required now.
- Continuing to pull wire throughout.
- Continuing with HVAC sheet metal duct work on the 1st and second floor.
- Completing domestic water piping rough-in for drywall boarding.
- Framing continues for stairwell partitions.
- Steel erection is substantially complete.
Looking Forward:
- Cut masonry opening for AHU penetrations in south wall.
- In-fill window openings with masonry at AHU location on the second floor.
- AHU Curb delivery scheduled for 4/27.
- Remaining demolition and abatement of tile work schedule for week of 4/25.
- 3rd floor HVAC work to start week of 4/25.
- Drywall and taping throughout building.
