Work in progress:
- Currently removing the louver on the 3rd floor west mechanical room.
- Continuing the chilled water piping in the 3rd floor east mechanical room.
- Started the demolition of AHU#3 in the 3rd floor west mechanical room.
- Electrician has started ductbank for MCC and switchgear.
- Phoenix air valve replacement in the Annex research labs continues per schedule. (20 labs completed)
Looking ahead:
- Starting containment for abatement of AHU#1 in the 3rd floor east mechanical room.
- Concrete contractor is mobilizing and will be taking delivery of rebar.
- Continue Phoenix air valve replacement in the Annex. (13 labs to complete)
- Start forming the elevator pit.
- Continue chilled water piping in the 3rd floor east mechanical room.
- Start steam pressure reducing station in the 3rd floor east mechanical room.
- Continue demolition of AHU#3 in the 3rd floor west mechanical room.
- Start coordination of duct tie-in between AHU#1 and AHU#4.
